- What exactly am I getting?
- A 52 mm medallion, 5 mm thick, 3D printed to order in two colors you choose. The lettering is part of the object — a second color of plastic, not paint or ink, so it cannot rub off.
- How is it made?
- It prints as two 2.5 mm halves that join together on 3 keyed guide pins. The pins are deliberately set at uneven positions so the halves can only go together one way round.
- What can I put on the front?
- Choose one of 19 recovery phrases or write your own, as two lines curving around the top and bottom. You can add a number in the center from 1 to 999, at a few different sizes, and the circle and triangle device can be turned on or off.
- Why does the customizer say my phrase will not fit?
- Because the letters are spaced around a curve, what fits depends on which letters they are rather than how many. Twenty-four narrow letters fit comfortably; sixteen W's do not. The preview tells you the moment a phrase is too wide, so nothing gets as far as being made wrong.
- What can I put on the back?
- A message of up to 7 lines. It wraps and shrinks itself to fit the space, and the customizer shows you the result as you type. You can also leave it blank.
- Can the body and lettering be the same color?
- No — the lettering would disappear into the body and the medallion would be unreadable. There are 15 colors, and the customizer will not let you pick the same one twice.
- Is this an official AA or NA product?
- This independently made product is not affiliated with or endorsed by Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous, or any other fellowship.
